  • 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar (see above)

  • 3-4 Tbsp finely minced red onion

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp pepper


INSTRUCTIONS:



FOR THE BALSAMIC bird:



  1.
