Properly we've made it to day 19 at the entire 30!  matters are going true up to now and we're feeling excellent.  I suppose closing time I stated that i used to be missing my oatmeal.  still am, however these days I’ve been lacking peanut butter!  when you have study a lot of my beyond posts, you  understand that i like my peanut butter.

Even as i am no longer someone to virtually get in to “diets” or extremes in relation to eating, (because i like all meals!) we decided to do this because #1 it become only for 30 days (I wouldn’t do away with grains and dairy complete time) and #2 we needed to provide our guts a smash from all the junk we ate over the holidays and give it time to smooth out and heal.  So could I endorse this for anyone?  perhaps.  You by no means recognize unless you strive some thing the way it’s going to be for you, and it all relies upon at the reasons in the back of it.




Anyway, here is every other introduction to provide variety for your complete 30 diet.  I made an entire bunch of sauteed brussel sprouts and mushrooms along with a gaggle of shredded fowl and just saved it inside the fridge to take to paintings for the week.  Then each morning, i'd blend up some dressing and throw in some walnuts and rancid to paintings I went.  right here is the entire 30 domestic Made Mayo Recipe.




CREAMY BALSAMIC CHICKEN AND BRUSSEL SPROUTS



INGREDIENTS:



  • 5 oz cooked shredded chicken

  • 1/2 C brussel sprouts

  • 1/2 C baby bella mushrooms

  • 1 oz chopped walnuts

  • 1 T olive oil mayo (or homemade mayo if Whole 30) recipe link above

  • 1 T balsamic vinegar

  • 1/4 t Italian seasoning

  • 1/8 t garlic powder

  • 1/4 t kosher salt or to taste

  • fresh ground pepper


INSTRUCTIONS:



  1. In a medium sized frying pan, saute your brussel sprouts (halved) on medium warmth for about five minutes. add to your mushrooms (quartered) and cook dinner for approximately any other 4-5 mins unitl mushrooms are cooked through. upload in your cooked shredded bird and chopped walnuts and toss until warm. Take off the heat.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together your mayo, vinegar, and the relaxation of the seasonings till clean.

  3. Pour out over chicken combination and toss to coat everything.

  4. enjoy!
