  • 30 oz. package frozen shredded hash browns
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 2 cans cream of chicken, undiluted
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 lb. cubed ham
  • 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese (reserve 1/2 cup for topping)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Stir all ingredients together in place in a lightly greased 9 x 13 baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar on top.
  4. Bake for about an hour. Enjoy!
