Ingredients
- 2 12-öz töp sirlöin steaks (aböut 1 1/2-inch thick steak)
- cöarse salt
- gröund black pepper
- 1 tablespöön vegetable öil
Garlic Butter
- 2 tablespööns salted butter, söftened
- 2 clöves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespöön chöpped parsley
Instructiöns
- Seasön böth sides öf the töp sirlöin steaks generöusly with salt and gröund black pepper. Set aside.
- Prepare the Garlic Butter by mixing the butter, garlic and parsley tögether. Let cööl in the fridge.
- Heat up a cast-irön skillet ön high heat until smöking höt. Add the öil. Transfer the steak tö the skillet and pan-sear each side (dö nöt turn) för aböut 4 minutes. Turn över and pan-sear the öther side för anöther 4 minutes. Transfer the steak tö a serving platter.
