This formula for hamburger and broccoli sautéed food is a great dish of meat sauteed with new broccoli florets and covered in a flavorful sauce. You can have a solid and simple supper on the table in under 30 minutes!

The meat in this formula is meagerly cut flank steak. I find that it can here and there be precarious to cut steak, so I ordinarily placed it in the cooler for around 30 minutes before I cut it. Solidifying the meat firms it up with the goal that you can get more slender cuts. The hamburger and broccoli get sauteed and after that are covered in a simple sauce.

It's extraordinary on the grounds that it joins delicate hamburger and nutritious vegetables in a single dish. We appreciate this broccoli hamburger formula all year however particularly in summer, when I develop my very own broccoli and onions. Furthermore, it doesn't warm up the kitchen.
